HTML5 Speedtest @ ITNOG

I've been invited by a member of ITNOG to present my HTML5 Speedtest project at this year's annual ITNOG meeting.

ITNOG is a group of italian networking professionals, especially those who work in telecommunication. While I genuinely have nothing to do with these people, the GARR consortium, which provides connectivity to universities and research in Italy, has decided to use my speedtest, and they have invited me to discuss it and answer some questions.

The event took place in Bologna, at the CNR research center, on May 10, 2019. You can find more about it on the ITNOG website.

My presentation

I originally intended to do the presentation in English, but since everyone there spoke Italian, we all did our presentations in Italian. The slides are in English.

Here's a video of the presentation. The quality is a bit crap unfortunately, but there will be a better version as soon as ITNOG publishes their videos.

It's been a very interesting experience; it was my first time on a stage so I was very anxious, but I didn't goof up as much as I thought I would.
I also had a chance to meet people from the IT world, and it could be a starting point for something big for this project. We'll see what the future holds for me.
